Knight Frank selects recruitment solution from Bond

KNIGHT FRANK SELECTS FLEXIBLE ONLINE RECRUITMENT SOLUTION FROM BOND INTERNATIONAL SOFTWARE

2 May 2007: Knight Frank, the leading independent global commercial and residential property consultancy, has selected Bond Talent - an online recruitment, talent management system - from stock market-listed, Bond International Software.

Bond Talent automatically correlates employee information from a variety of sources such as web, email and post and formulates them into a single, online application form. The sophisticated workflow solution allows both Line Manager and HR to track online an application via a dedicated web portal as it is reviewed and commented upon and moves through the organisation’s HR and recruitment system.

The new solution from Bond will replace Knight Frank’s current labour intensive manual system which is unable to provide Real Time tracking of the progression of an application through the business.
